My husband and I found Kevin through a Realtor company about 7yrs ago when we purchased our first home. Our experience with him have far exceeded our expectations. So far, he has represented us in the selling of our home and the purchase of 2 homes. I have recommended him to my sister because she wanted a Realtor she can trust and after searching all over Houston, she found that her search was over with Kevin. Not only is he professional, but knowledgeable about everything when it comes to the sell and purchase of a home. He advises you on things that you would have never known how to resolve. He is knowledgeable about contracts, inspections, new construction, how to install cabinets, hire professionals to work on your home, repairs, how Mortgage companies work and how to resolve their errors immediately, and the list goes on. I worked with Kevin to sell our home in Spring, Tx. Kevin provided us with a lot of great information. He informed us of different programs his company offered to help us fix our house that we were selling. We used this program that he informed us about. Great experience!!!! I must of called Kevin over 20 times with different question during the process. Regardless he was always nice and responded to my questions. I even lock myself out of the house one night. I called Kevin and he came out to the house to unlock the lock box to access the spare key so I could get back into the house. Remind you Kevin lived about 30 minutes away. Kevin had an open house 3 days after listing. We had multiple offers that day. The typical back and forth pricing game went on for a little bit. 7 days from listing date we had a contract. This was during a time (covid) that houses in the area were on the market for months, yet Kevin had our home under contract in a week. After we sold our home (moved to another state about 3 days before new home owner were moving in) we must of been 200 miles or so down the road and I though I may have left one of the lights on. We moved out before the electric was to be shut off. I called Kevin and informed him. Once again Kevin did what Kevin does. He went to the house and confirmed the light was on. He shut the light off. This was my second home that I sold. I knew from selling my first home what to expect. I was wrong. Kevin went well beyond what I expected. Always ask Kevin about any programs his company offers to help fix your home. Always take his advice on what to have fixed. I did and our home was under contract in 7 days. Thanks Kevin!!!
